SUPPLEMENT TO MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

FOR GCGR and GCGRXL

When mounting an Accelerator catcher (Model GCGR or GCGRXL) you will need to drill a 5/8 hole to receive the stainless steel 1/2 inch round rod that protrudes from the catcher. To get the best location for the hole, put the catcher up against the mower so that the opening on the catcher matches up to the opening on the mower. Be sure the catcher is far forward enough that there is no blockage at the front the the mower discharge. The hole should be drilled low enough so that the bottom of the catcher at the front is about 1/4 inch under the bottom of the blade. Place a mark on the steel rim (the one that the deflector shield is attached to) and drill a 5/8 hole. The catcher attaches by placing the stainless pin through this hole and dropping the aluminum hook over the steel rim. If you have any questions give us a call. We are on pacific time.
